Welcome to Jean Louise. We make bierocks. And the next question is what the !@#$ is a bierock? It is a meat and cabbage filled breaded treat. Our family has been making them for generations and we are now making them for you. That is us,the little ones, next to our Great Grandmother Louise twenty odd years ago. The bierock was the inspiration to specialize in foods you can hold in your hand.

So why did we decide to make bierocks? Simply because we love them. They have been enjoyed be our family for years. We also know that they are an unusual treat filling and healthy too. They are a great substitute for that fried burger. Healthy vegetarian options availible.

We are located in Portland, Oregon. Currently are deliveries are restricted to Portland. For larger events we would be happy to travel outside the area.
