The motor operates using a rechargeable, lithium-ion battery that lasts up to 200 deployments per charge. The battery can be recharged up to 500 times. These shades come with a multi-channel remote (control up to 5 shades per remote). A color matched valance comes with these shades, protecting them when they are not in use.
